Add an exercise to your split by selecting a day of the week and clicking on the exercise. Configure this exercise with the dropdown menu. Remove the exercise by middle-or-right-clicking.
Configure your workout with the settings menu to the left. Leave the metrics empty if you do not opt for benchmark exercises. Generate with the bottom button and let the algorithm do the rest for you!
Tip: Plyometrics train fast-twitch movements. Stretching increases mobility. Strength increases base strength. Cardio increases blood-flow in that muscle while burning calories.
